I'm a beginner, and want to know which programme for web hosting would be mostly reccomended for a beginner such as myself....??

2. Bandwidth: - Bandwidth is as same as the Disk Space. They should be unlimited if they had offered you unlimited.
3. UpTime: - The Uptime of one web host should be 99.9%. Because if Uptime is not 99 then there is no point of having a website if people can't see it.
4. Technical Support: - If you are facing any problem and if that host provider cannot solve your problem easily then there is no use of that host provider. So thetechniocal support should be 24/7 so that the problem can be sorted easily.
So after going through these points you can go for a good and great web host provider.

Never consider Unlimited as something really unlimited, take a look on TOS, acceptable use policy and other documents, where you'll find limitations on any unlimited plan.
