Dotster.com does. I host with them and I couldn't be happier. I don't use either of those features, though.

godaddy do as far as im aware of www.godaddy.com

Brinkster does; actually they are only now offering Linux and Apache hosting packages they use to be exclusivly Windows. Only downside is you have to purchase the professional package to use ASP or ASP.net since as far as I know the personal account doesn't have it. Although you can use both on the free account.
