I've just bought this site and any helps would be awesome.

WebHostingDirectory.us - All Major Extensions Are Taken (.com .net .org .info .biz .cc.)
I'm planning to develop it as a US Hosting Companies Directory.

How much if non-developed.
How much if developed well and with about 250 listed hosting companies , 100-120 Average Daily Uniques and PR6 . (Just trying to figure out)

non developed low $xx reseller IMHO, but developed maybe high $xx or as your were saying with the PR6 then low $xxx

low $xx wholesale -- This would be a great name to develop in the method you outlined. Make it a necessary resource and it's value will increase.
