What kind of script are you using for this site?
When you say semi-established, does that mean there is any kind of custommer, database or mailing list included? If yes, how many?
I may have a custommer for you but he is only bidding on serious business (i don't mean you isn't serious, i mean really business and not front page or turnkey site.)

This site is static php pages. There is no mailing list. What you see is what you get.

Current offer is still $300 and I will be closing the deal soon if I dont get any more offers.

As for the price, it's up to the buyer whether or not they want the purchase price disclosed (i cant see why they would).
