Web host that accepts Paypal with auto forum install scripts wanted

Hi,

I am after a webhost.

I am looking to pay via Paypal, but not CC paypal payment, just normal send email payment. and i am looking to pay $3-$5 a month.

I need it to have the following things.

50-100mb webspace
As much BW i can get for my price quote
Forum auto install script
Be able to host my domain when i register it.
Then the usual cpanel stuff/good uptime/customer support.

I will also be making 2 other sites after this one so chances are i will stay with the same company if i am happy with them.
