Web Form CMS?

Hello,

Can anyone recommend an easy to use valid web form builder? I need to create tons of forms & thought it would be quicker if there were some sort of CMS for web forms.

Preferably open-source. Something like http://wufoo.com/ but free account is limited to 10 forms only.

I'm not exactly sure of what your needs are.. but I have always found hotscripts.com and sourceforge.net to be incredible resources, especially for free software.
