I need someone who can work with MySQL and develop a PHP based site where I can display data from the MySQL database.

I need to be able to upload daily lists with stats in .csv format.

I am basically looking for something similar to expireddomains.net.

Can you do it? How much? I am looking for something simple with the design as I am a minimilist and prefer that the content drive the site.
