Web designer/partner wanted

I'm the ownder of the domain www.HomeAuctionList.com

Looking for a designer to do a simple layout ( I have one envisioned already)

Basically, this will be a site where people go to post small photos of their homes (interior/exterior) and information on the property. Sorta like on ebay.

Buyers will click on the state of choice from a list of links on the homepage and bid on their dream home.

This is a rough idea but I'm told it's a good one as the real estate market is hurting and homes just arent selling. Alot of folks are starting to auction off their homes cutting out the agent. My plan is to charge a small fee for listing and a small % for the sale of the homes.

I do have another web designer but looking for a partner deal on this to share % of profits.

Designing the website and making a real partnership legit legally. 50/50

Talking over the phone etc, I'm very serious about getting this website designed and launched. May take awhile to take off but I'm told its a great idea. I just dont have a ton of money to start it.

Thanks again, would like to see a home auction script. Guess a programmer is going to be needed as well. A script similar to www.fredmiranda.com (photography forum) would be nice. But instead of posting photos for critque it would be for auctioning/selling homes/realestate and land.

Thinking a map on the homepage would work well. God knows I'm full of ideas

Thinking of having forums too for people to chat about realestate, home depot deals, gardening, home improvements etc.

I may also have a realestate friend of mine back me up finacially if this starts to look good.

If all goes well after site is built/launched this could be a great website for realestate agents/brokers/banks/investors themselves to post properties up for auction/sale. Let alone everyday people.
