[WANTED] Web Design, 2 sites

I'm seeking quotes for two web designs:

comprarenlaces. com (link selling and link buying site) and mundonetwork. net (website for all my sites, something like ifroggy .com)

for each site I need:

one main page
one sub page
logo
design coded/psd

Extra: I need the mundonetwork .net logo to be in vector.

Budget: Up to $150 for both sites included.
