Web Design Question

Hey Guy's

I have experience in basic web design, I have made a few throught Photoshop and dreamweaver But I have a couple ideas for more extensive sites similiar to myspace. My question is how to i bring this to fruition, Who could i partner up or talk to about this? What skills would I need to know or contract and the other legal stuff I would need to know. Any information would be highly appreciated.

My advice for you is create your site as css-compliant as possible. css are big now, but they're getting bigger as its screen res/browser cross platform performs well for web design and layout.

PS, i wouldnt bother with blogs now personally, to much competition out their. but if you do decide to go ahead, their loads of free php blog scripts with css support avaliable.

There are many sites like MySpace and it would require an amazing amount of work/marketing to get any amount of users.

Your best bet is to hire a programmer for a custom site/script. The site would need to be coded server side (which it looks like you have no experience with) and highly optimized if you want a great deal of visitors.

I'm not sure what legal stuff you'd need to know, but you could probably use something like what YouTube uses. Read their TOS in section 5 about user submissions.
