Web Design Contest for a Hosting Company -- Reward

I am holding a design contest for a web layout for a hosting company. It needs to be one page design, that can be copied for multiple pages on the site. The company is called 'Something Sick Web Services'.

The winning design will receive 200NP$+. Contest will end on Wednesday April 12th, 2006 at 5:00PM CST.

I'm working on something now, though I have a couple of questions:

1. Are you looking for a particular theme? eg. colours, using existing logos, pictures ect.
2. Do you need it coded or is a PSD acceptable?
3. I don’t really understand the NP$ system. Could I “convert” the NP$ into real money, and if so, how much is 200NP$ in real $'s?

1. Anything creative is great, but if you would like something to work off, I like green and blue for a theme.

2. Coding is a plus but just the .psd will be fine.

3. I'm not sure how much that NP is worth, but you can use it for domains and other work. If your design is exceptional, I will raise your payment.

Correct me if i'm wrong but if the price to sell NP$ to the bank is "$0.012 per NP$" then 0.012x200 = $2.40
Is that how much the winner would get? $2.40?
