I assume you honestly don't know since you are new. I am not that into 4L and I am totally not into CHiPs (Chinese Premiums, containing nog vowel or V), but I know the floor price for a 4L CHiP is somewhere around $ 1.200,- (I might be off, but you can easily get $ 1.000,-). With the explanation of the seller you can see this is a better than average CHiP, so I assume he would want more than $ 1.500,-.

As you can see, your bid of $ 35,- was way off. Anyone offering a 4L.com domain on NP knows the (rough) value of the domains so I don't think an offer of $ 35,- is even worth typing

Check out the sites the seller mentioned. The price floors are always interesting to check.
