Greetings,

I am looking for insights as to the current value of waterfrontproperty.com.

Also, any thoughts on leasing the domain would be appreciated!

Regards,

Nikos

I think it's a good real estate name but it could be a lot shorter. I know in Maryland where I am from there are tons of water front properties that are worth a lot of money. Well if developed I say low $xx only because of length

Does XX mean XX,XXX?

Thanks for the response...

Does XX mean $XX,XXX? (Dumb newbie question)

Lengthy but I like it!

I see it reaching 3 figures.

Real estate names can be profitable.

Best of luck,

A very valuable domain which can be easily sub domained WaterfrontProperty/NYC/Hawaii/ London etc etc.

There is some mix up on this forum with length and quality which is often combined with lack of research when giving appraisals. Generally friendly bunch though.

This is a quality domain, 7000 + on OV, 390,000 Google so some definite interest.

Low to mid $x,xxx JMO

Good luck

I agree with wot. May be long but says it well and memorable. Take a look at some of rhe 'long names' being sold.

May take some time but If I owned I would assume room temperature before selling it for less than $x,xxx.

Covers it all, beach, lake, ocean view properties - commercial, residential - rental, vacation. In Florida would even include property on canals. On & on.

Value is not in traffic/advertising/PPC but as a meaningfull web presence for an established business.

High $xx to low $xx

It will never go for the price tag it was post at sedo :] , but mid XX,XXX -low XX,XXX range is more realistic.
Good Luck

Good sounding name for real estate industry, which obvious development potential. Search Google for Waterfront Property and you'll find many paying advertisers for the term under Sponsored Links.

I agree with wot & RapidBox's price reference. Mid four-figures to an end user is plausible.

Thats a great name, I never pay decent money for names and I would pay a grand. No way in *(&^( less than 5 figures. Sure its long, but water front property is the term, cant help that. Was about to post one of my names here, but .....if you decide you think its worth $xx let me know, i'll call you a doctor. my best name is payperclicksearchengine.com, long as it can be, but thats the term. Not really sure who would be the big buyer for that name and I guess thats the downside of the name.

xx....lmfao....

Thanks for the insights

I truly appreciate everyones thoughts here... I should have sold this in '99 when the offers were mid six-figures. I am currently holding out for mid-high five-figures...

Thanks again!

I recommend getting off your rear and offering listings to realtors on your site in exchange for them putting "as seen at waterfrontproperties.com" in their print ads. Get those going nationwide and you could be back into the six figures.
