Four words and two hyphens definitely hurt the value, but "watch free movies online" is searched for over 4 million times a month according to Google's Keyword Tool, so I think it could be developed.

Undeveloped, I would price it at low $xx.

looks odd with the missing hyphen, even with only 2 hyphens it will probably trip the quality filters on parking feeds.

No I just thought with this missing hyphen and such.

As exsedo said development is the only option for this unless you find someone else with a idea to develop it.
