Well washington . com is a parked page, so I don't see a whole lotta typo traffic headed to washintgon . com. I may be wrong though. Do you have parking stats yet?

I think that the fact washington.com is a parked page is not related to its typos value.
There are a lot of great domains parked without a full developed website, and this because the owner for some reasons is not interested in development or because he prefers making money without much effort.

I think that city domains (obviously), and related typos, can be very valuable if some informations on what the people were looking for while typing the names...
A trip? Hotels? Job, news....

If it gets traffic then it's definitely a valuable, specifically for the reasons you mentioned. But no point in guessing on numbers, go ahead and park it and let us know how it does!

Some other useful infos could be provided by similar websites CR...
Suppose very few visits such as 10 visits/month with a 0,05$/visit, but then think the case with the same MV but with a bigger CR... Naturally, I'm talking about redirection to some Washington-related commercial website, not the simple clicks on ads...

Since it's a typo values depends on natural traffic received.

Without traffic I would say zero or regfee tops, as it is clearly a typo.

typos are more likely to occur if the site is developed. i would have thought that this is obvious but surprise surprise!
