People seem to own these ,seems like similar are all registered but nothing seems to be developed,I would contact a company ,that is cloud based storage such as http://www.cwps.com/cloudassist/cloud-infrastructure/cloud-storage ,they or similar companies should want to add this to their portfolio , but don't be too greedy.
