any thoughts. As a directory publisher and lead generation company, I love domains that overlap geo (city, state) and high search terms covering professional services.

This is a great brand IMHO because:

1) Focused niche - It is not too broad or too narrow. There are 100s of Chiropractors in the Washington, DC metro area. 1000s in Washington State. You could use geo targeting based IP and show two different directories for people coming from Washington State or Washington, DC

2) High Dollar Category - Doctors spend money. One long time patient from a chiropractor should cover the cost of advertising for an entire year. They would be in the money for the second, third, and fourth patient.

3) Huge ROI potential. One lead per year would cover the reg fee with give a nice ROI. One enhanced listing sale of $200 to $300 is achievable.

If you are a Chiropracor in Washington, DC and when you searched on "Washington Chiropractors" to see your competition - if this site showed up in the first three listings - I believe there is a good chance you would pay to advertiser on it.

That is a great brand IMHO

And that is my point Shane, a great brand needs no explanation. A brand like "go daddy", Parsons had to spend millions so that when people think godaddy.com - they think domain registrar and when they think "domains", they think godaddy.com.

Unfortunately this great brand seems to have no clients.Only 73 searches per month.The name is very long and not easy to type.For this type of name I need searches which are not present.Personally I wouldn't reg this name.The only plus I see is that it is self explanatory,but that is not enough unfortunatelly.Anyway good luck.

Agreed this is probably not going to get alot of type in traffic. I purchased it for branding and SEO. There are a couple thousand broad searches that include "Washington Chiropractors" and I feel with the right content and metatags that I can get high placement for the primary term and the variants.

Worst case scenario, I can market it to Chiropractors in Washington for mid $XXX to high $XXXX and make a nice ROI.

With good content that domain,with the added bonus of the name will go google page1 and people will tend to go for the site that says what it says.71 people searches in that type of market is going to be good business.Its not like 71 searches for baked beans.

Yea, 2-3 people books with a Chiropractor. What is the life time value of a Chiropractic patient. Maybe I should ask my wife's friend who is a Chiropractor outside DC ;) Plus I live outside DC. That should help since I can personally visit Chiropractors.
