I once sold a very similar ".ORG" domain name with 1,480,000 Google results ... in the $110 - $125 range (wholesale).
For yours, I get 3,020,000 Google results.

$200 - $250+ (wholesale), IMHO. Also worthy of following up with some of these potential End user "leads" as well, Shaggy.

By the way....how do you go about following up with these end users??? What would be the best way....email them, call them....??? Your input would be helpful....Thanks

E-mail's, initially. There are some excellent *sample* "Marketing Letters" in the "Marketing Forum" that can be utilized on these initial contacts, as well. Approach them with your stats, reasons (INYO) for them needing your domain name. How can owning it help them? Will it potentially boost traffic to their existing site, or increase their existing site's visibility or marketing position. With a "generic" term such as yours, can it be optimized properly for the benefit of the buyer within the S/E rankings. What is their competition using ... and could your domain assist them with these competitive efforts? Be honest and professional.
