I haven't thrown up an appraisal request in a long time, so I thought I'd try one with a name that I don't feel particularly attached to, so please criticize freely! (but constructively)

Age: 12 years

Other info:

• The keywords don't seem to get much in the way of exact match searches, however Google does return over 390,000 results for the quoted term.
• The .net version of this name is developed by an active business.
• Only the .com and .net appear to be registered.

Some questions to foster discussion:

1. Am I better to hold the name, drop the name, or try for a quick flip?
2. Could the name be appealing to an existing company as a promotional or pseudo exact match term?
3. What would your price range be if I listed the name at BIN and waited for an inbound buyer?
4. What price would you be seeking for an outbound sale?

I quite like this name, couldn't comment on value though.

Think I would keep it, construction industry is changing all the time with new products and services for saving energy coming onto the market all the time.

I like the name, but Moz Spam Score is 5, which I don't like.

It sold on Sedo in 2008 for $115, so maybe you could get low $xxx?
