That is true and I agree with the plural being more 'workable'. However, if the developed product (website) were to feature Key Battles (minus all the conspiracy bullsh#t that seems to attach it self to decisive battles) that were instrumental in shaping the outcome of world shaping conflicts, then one could monetize this concept via affiliate marketing via Amazon (is there anyone else?).

So in practice one would outline a dozen or so of the most important battles in history presented using first class advertising designed to convert the Leads into a Conversions.
