The budget I got isn't high enough for domains like what you mentioned. I am looking for names like TravelTop.com or something like that!

You said that you were looking for a domain. You didn't give any parameters for age, traffic, content or anything else.

Most domain sales are just that. Domains! Since all the other stuff, (PR, Traffic, and such) is easily attainable).
If you have other stipulations, as well as a maximum budget, could you please fill us in.
Also, I believe you were the one that gave Dallas.com as an example.
