Hey everyone

I have a custom made PHP script that I need installed into a template I have had custom made and sliced. The script is 7 php pages (6 + 1 you need to make - explained below). The contents of the page and the template changes quite alot when someone logs in so you will have to create the logged in part of the template with different menu etc which I'll explain a bit down in this post (the non logged in template is already made and is of the front page. Only the front page contains the hot prizes bit on the right).

On the template you can see in the top right corner 'you are not logged in. Please login below or join now". The php code for this changing to the persons name and how many points they have is available in the script. When they login it should say "You Are Logged in As [First Name] [Last Name]. You have [xxx] Points".
When someone logs in the menu needs to change to:
home
offers
referrals
prizes
how it works
faq's
contact us
The links on the page (eg. forgot password, privacy policy, join now, the join now banner, the menu etc) need to be linked to their appropriate pages.
All the php code is done but there may be a bit of merging of pages that needs to be done (it shouldn't be anything major though).
Some extra php pages/ changes I need done:
*Forgot password function - user puts in email address, that email address gets an email with a link, they click this and a new password gets emailed to them.
*Profile page - a page so that users can change their details (eg. email, address and password). If they change their email it needs to send them a confirmation email to confirm their new email. This new email address will need to be their new login.
*Add description to prizes & offers. Description is added in admin section with other prize/ offer details and needs to come up with the prize in the users section.
*Fix the bug on the registration page so that when you click back it saves data if you make a mistake. Also, this error seems to come and go for some reason, when someone makes a mistake sometimes it says all the fields have errors - it needs to say which fields actually have a msitake.
*Offers say 'click here' as the link URL, it needs to say the heading of that offer instead.
Some of the pages of code are out of wack in regard to alignment, font size, headings etc. You'll need to fix these up - basically a general tidying up.
And last of all (this one might seem a bit obvious) the content from the PHP pages needs to be put onto the pages of the template.
That just about covers it (sorry about the very minor details - just wanted to stay on the safe side).
If this applies to you, I have the template as a PSD and need it sliced in xHTML/ CSS. If you can do this, put it in a separate quote with a separate time frame. If you can't slice, just ignore this part.
PM or post any questions, quotes and timeframes (please make sure your time frames are accurate because if you go over your time frame I will cancel your employment and you will not be paid for what you have done. Overquote to stay on the safe side, time isn't a major factor of who I select). Do not ask for a budget, I don't have one and am looking to see what you would charge for the project.
