Wanted: Software Repository Script

I'm looking for a software repository script, similar to Download.com, for DNDownloads.com. It needs to be low cost, and as similar to download.com as possible (most importantly: user reviews/editor reviews)

I've been playing around with the PADsite script, but I don't think it's going work out.

For free I think pafiledb will do the trick. With some tweaks in it.

For commercial I think this one will have to be coded ground up.
