Looking for someone who can do the following for a multimedia site for us.
The Specs:
-PHP and MySQL
-Administration Section to approve, deny, move, assign categories.
-Admin area is similar to phparacdescript where everything can be managed.
- Upload Section for: Pictures, Videos, Flash and the THumbnail image to go with.
- If x amount of media is in one page, content will appear on following page.
-A comment and rating system.
-During the upload process, make sure to have a place to insert meta tags.
-Random media display at bottom of page (as currently is).
-Ad management system.
PM me with quote. Budget is $200 but we can negotiate.
I already made design so it is not needed.
