i am currently working on a funny media site and the script im using doesnt have anyway users can submit files.

So im looking for a coder to code a lil addon for me so people can submit a wmv and a thumbnail preview of the wmv along with a title and short description.

And require them to be logged in to submit and to count there submissions. Then allow me to either approve or disaprove files.
