Wanted: Partner for Travel Website Project

I recently purchased the domain JetRates.com and had little luck selling it so decided it would be better to develope it. I have several ideas for profitable websites to do with jet rates or travel fares etc.

I don't have the required experience in php for some of those projects and am posting this to see if anybody is interested in partnering up to do this. All profits would be split 50/50. That includes if I finally sell the domain due to the website being popular.
