I need a partner that is a willing and able programmer for the website Rateitems.com. I am not capable of doing the programming myself. I will split the profits of the site 50/50 and that includes the sale of the site as well. I dont plan on selling it, but if that were to happen we could split it evenly. You should give more idea as to what you are doing....

is it that forum only?
Do you plan to add a site?
What programing language?
Who will do the designs?
What will you be doing besides owning the domain?
What is the site about?
Where will it be hosted... who pays for that?
Whats the plan to make money? Ads? Service? Product?

More info will help you get someone interested... not much to be interested in right now.
