[WANTED] Experienced PHP Developer

Hi there,

I'm looking for an EXPERIENCED PHP Developer, who speaks English as their primary language, for a unique business opportunity.
** I CANNOT AFFORD TO PAY YOU IN ADVANCE, but you will of course be entitled to half of all profits generated **

I need someone who can start immediately, and has at least 2 years experience developing PHP sites from scratch with an excellent use of cURL. Must be over the age of 18. SERIOUS OFFERS ONLY PLEASE, I don't want people contacting me just to find out what my idea is, I need people who can start immediately and enjoy working on unique niché projects.
YOU WILL BE TESTED on your skill before I discuss my project, to eliminate timewasters.

I literally need to get started ASAP as this is a niché market, and the sooner the better. I've no doubt it's going to be very popular, hence the need of urgency.

You won't be coding alone, as I'll be helping, but this is at least a 2 man project.

Means this is like we work for you and you get 50% and we get 50% then why would a 2 year experienced php programmer will work for you. 99% of programmers will work for themselves and make more money then putting the time and effort in your plans and projects.

Well you will get some PM's that is for sure. Bcoz every programmer would like to know what kind of project he is going to work on. If he agrees and then thinks that he doesn't likes this project then your own project will be at risk in 10 to 15 days.

Now that is your thinking and attitude you want programmers without paying advance and you also want to test them for free. :D Some programmers here will think that you are the timewaster instead of themselves. So they will not appear in that kind of test thing.

If you have so much confidence in your project then why not pay some lonely guy 100 or 200 dollars and then just harvest the gold when it becomes popular. this way you will be able to keep 100% of that popular project of your :D

Means there will be problems and fights on simple ideas like the color of the button the alignment of the project and eventually this project will sink. :D


My main motto of posting here was to just check you that this kind of thread and the conditions you have put on it will not finish your projects. I think programmers are very fragile. If you handle them properly they are good. But handling them improperly can ruin some very good projects. So please ask some of the progrmmers to contact you. Namepros has many good ones. What if some time is wasted. Then check out which one is best and please, please, please both guys can't work on that project. If you feel you only want programmer to work on a particular thing then give him that much breifing only. Or else the programmer will be confused.
