Well right now I'm looking to trade links with other websites. My site has a PR of 4.
Pretty much if your site has anything to do with computers (internet, websites, programming, etc) I'll gladly welcome your site.
Even if your site isn't relative I'll still consider adding your site but it just depends on what it is.
There are three different kind of links you can choose from.

These are the 3 different types of links you can get:
Advertisements: These are the links on the left panel of our website under "advertisements" or above and bellow the site in banner form. .They appear on just about every page of the site. These links are paid for monthly. You can only purchase your spot in order to have your link appear there.
Page Link: These links appear on only one page of the website and must fit under one of our categories. These sites are required to link back. These sites typically share the same or relative content to tilldoomsday.com. Just because they appear on only one page doesn't mean they aren't important.
Affiliate: These are not paid for. You can see these links with a small graphic banner on our right panel under "affiliates". These sites link back to tilldoomsday.com. They also appear on almost every page of the site. These sites are there because of one or more of the following:
1) They share relative information
2) Help with tilldoomsday.com somehow
3) Are relative and don't have a low PR (note: high PR doesn't necessarily qualify your site for this position.)
