Looking for (experienced) developer for image/doc upload site

Hello,

I'm looking for someone to create an upload website for me.

The domain is Upload.info, I already have bought hosting (unlimited disc space..)
I want it developped into a site like TurboUpload.com (without all the annoying ads, just a bit adsense/rental spaces, and a WAAYY cleaner look). I want an image upload section, and a document (.doc/.pdf etc) upload section.
The files should be easily accessible via a unique link for every upload, using an online pic viewer / document reader on upload.info. I also want an embed fuction, so the users can use the pictures in forums/social networks etc.

I'm fine with using a premade script, as long as it looks clean, runs fast & is easy to use.
