The -1 rating is false. I never even said I was going to buy the site he had for sale. I enquired about the site, and was very interested. A couple of days later he was asking for a payment for the site, even though I didn't make an offer!

Make your own assumptions, but I can assure you I'm genuine.

Now what have people got for sale around about the $100 mark?

If that was the case then you two should talk to the mods so they can remove your bad rating. Too many scams happen everywhere/everyday and it's not good to have a bad rating shows up under your name.
