Can anybody recommend a good wallpaper script?

Software that:

* - Is a fully functional website that allows me to categorize and possibly tag wallpaper for my members to browse, view, and download
* - Allows design customization
* - Allows wallpaper uploads by admin and by users (subject to admin moderation)

I want something similar to this in terms of functionality but it doesn't have to be exactly like this:
