You can't really compare "Forum" sales with eachother. i.e. XboxForum.com and JumpingForum.com

WalkingForum would have some potential due to many runners. This could be a great community for people who run every morning and want to lose some weight :p

I'd say maybe a little over reg fee.

I would say low xx resale. More to an end user as this would be a good site for walkers to possibly get together with thier community members and form walking groups.
