I know we have members here enlightened enough to take a shot at this.

The majority if not all of people typing "wage raise" are also including word "minimum" in the phrase they search with. Search results using "wage raise" seem to be split between to wage raise negotiations and raising minimum wage and not that many sponsored links. People earning minimum wage are much less likely to have a computer online so that may hurt it a little. Wage negotiations would involve people in unions and they would be more likely to have computers online.

I think that's the key. Since the name implies they already HAVE a wage, a site with this name would be best utilized with tips/keys to 'optimizing' people's work habits, time management, social inter-office skills, profexxional input - in short, any angle that will improve their overall skill, desirability within the job, value to employers.
'Raise' may be the most apropos word here, but wagelift.com or wagelifters.com would also do nicely, they're available, as are wagefind.com and wageseek.com. wageless.com is also avail!!, so any of these last 3 could be a 'sister' site for those who need to get a job/wage in the first place.
