This is a common saying. With a '2' instead of 'too' would have been snappier, but not as strong meaning-wise.
Good name to market as for a forum on exposee's? The name implies a sense of importance of that 'becoming clear', so works well as a site exposing things that SHOULD be exposed.
I'd have to say only low xx to resellers, as this is a name that needs a meaning really spelt out for it, in your pitch to end users. Of course, if you develop a lot of sites, that will SHOW them and then estimates would be higher.
I LIKE the name, and what it can imply... I just think it'll be a very, very hard sell without development.

BTW, with a slightly different meaning: I have clearexample.com on my domains available list...
