I was looking for some brandables and one name tried was wackio. This name is or was used for an arcade game and I'm not sure if the game is available or not anymore. I not sure about the game value, but I think that the name has some value, with or without connection to the game. Any ideas?

Way back machine doesn't show anything for this website, so I didn't even bother checking ahrefs.

Also, never heard of an arcade or even video game called wackio. There was a game called "Wacko" for the arcade, but that's about it. In the end the name of a domain is in the eye of the beholder. If you think it can be brandable and you'll be able to pump out unique content, then you can make anything work even though Wakio is not a word. Look at fiverr, quikr, pinterest, etc... words don't exist, but the people made it work.

So if you have a master plan that you think can turn into a successful product I'd say go for it. If you're buying this domain as an investment waiting to sell it later I'd say pass. Please note I'm not an expert on domains. More qualified people here than me. Best of luck what you want to do.

I dont know about 'way back machine', but I know that there is a game with this name, which shows on 35k google pages. 'Wackio' is not a word, I know, it's a name formed from the root 'wacko' and I dont think that it has value just if you have a great master plan. If it's catchy enough and others think that it could by appealing to the a specific part of the population, than the value it's there.

I think it's quite a fun name, but I think that is coming from its similarity to "wacky". It is a quirky brand name. It sounds like wacky-o as you read it which is good. You could not say the same about wackyo, as that would be read "wack yo".

So, yes, it has quirky branding potential, although there is also misspelling potential.
