As a Web 3 niche domain, not that keen on it. Webie is nice, but if "w3bie" is supposed to be a cute way of saying "newbie" or someone knowledgeable with the web, it's a tough one for me. Like the NFT niche, I think you've got to be more direct with the term, for example newbies are beginners / people looking to learn, so "W3 Education" would be fitting, and I'd give a pass to something like that (as a hold). Just my opinion. Take offers on your domain regardless, hope you catch an offer
