I like the name. What makes it especially nice is that the name is relevant to the extension. (.cn)

Once thing, it compares to "America" Living.us or .com...It would be nicer if you could purchase "Chinese" Living.cn if the site is to be about the people.

If it is to be more about the "country" ChinaLiving.cn the name is fine.

Overall, I consider this name very marketable.

Maybe something similar to

escapeartist.com, specifically for china.

Focus on job placements, finding realestate/accomodations, restaraunts, language classes etc.
Throw on a message board to get people coming back.

There are a growing number of Chinese and foreign companies employing expatriates for short and long term postings.
Not sure if a similar site exists, but if not, you could probably do well by developing.
