Apparently this new type of chocolate has a much lower calorie count and starts melting at a much higher tempertature.

Therefore, I got..

I guess they may become valuable if 'vulcano chocolate' becomes mainstream (and generally known by that name).

Well it's kind of hard to give an appraisal on this...it's not a generic word/ term, from what I understand, this chocolate was developed by a guy called Barry Callebaut, who's going around trying to sell the concept to big companies....TM issues maybe, I don't know....but just in terms of appraisal...I would say at least $xxx!.
