I would value it at high $xx,xxx to the right end user and more to the right emerging voip company. Wouldn't be suprised if Skype throws some money your way.

Excellent name I would suggest throwing some adsense on it and fixing the meta tags and let the offers roll in.

It might be a great keyword name to park at sedo and make a few bucks off but it's not the kind of name that's going to attract a high value end user sale. It's worth is going to be determined by revenue. If visits are increasing so should the revenue. Lets say 20x what you made last month to be generous.

I work in Telecoms and VOIP is going to be huge. Therefore, I think this domain's real value may be realised in 12 months or so.
