Very strong name. So nice and obvious in its suggestions of usage, of what's inside.
With a name like that, you'd better not disappoint anyone; make it a truly divine reference site. Anything from straight dictionary, to slang dictionary (just to mess with it and have fun), to dictionary of biblical terms (maybe biblical terms in many languages).
If such a huge undertaking seems daunting, it's enough to at least get it designed and get a start on it... and THEN approach end users, once you've shown clearly what the name and site are about.
Solid name, with obvious meaning. Undeveloped:
reseller - med xx to very low xxx
end user - low to med xxx, maybe higher if they see its latent possibilities.
Developed, even slightly, to get them seeing what it's about - high xxx and possibly even just over the top.
