domain Viva VegasStrip.us! Appraise please

Hi everyone,
I saw recently on one of the newsboards someone had "Vegastrip.us"for appraisal. I thought it was a nice name,and then it hit me it was VegasTrip.us not VegasStrip.us.
So today I checked and VegasStrip.us was available! (All TLD's Taken-and all except biz and info are developed)
The Vegas Strip is essentially a US landmark,so I think it fits really well with the extention.What could I realistically get for this one? Thanks for the input!

:D yea I bouht VegasTrip.us 2 says ago, I tought about vegasstrip but I didn't decide to get it. I hope to get some traffic from vegsstrip typos tho lol
