A friend also has a VPS with virpus and it has been down for well over 12 hours now (although nothing of his is working, not even websites). Support has not responded at all.

Yes my friends website is still down..

He says around 30 hours since he opened a ticket.

And they've not heard a thing - I saw one of the Virpus staff members posting on another forum just a few hours ago, so I don't think they're ignoring. Have they tried calling?

I think its all fine now, just speaking with Ken from Virpus, I needed to restart my control panels

I just spoke with Ken, and he gave me a few tips on how to fix some minnor errors..

Where are you contacting Ken? I can pass the information on to his actual client then.

They have tried email, support ticket, phone and live help.

I currently have 3, just bought 4 but support seems to be really slow now

It used to be reponsive within 30 minutes now its taking nearly hours and hours to get one response

Servers are also getting a bit laggy...

Their intro VPS would be fine... Although try send in a ticket to wait for a reply... once reply then u should order..

Cause I'm still waiting for my 4th VPS to get activated :S

only down side is that the support time has now become really slow
