What uses do you see for the names?

Villa.Direct could be a online marketplace for luxury villas. Just look at Luxury Retreats, they have just announced a $200 million exit from AirBnb and I believe there is still potential.

Marbella.io I was thinking that this could be a directory for all things Marbella. Think TimeOut for Marbella. In 2016, 10.6 million international tourists visited Marbella, which is huge potential.

I like the villa.direct of course better if it was .com

The Marbella.io I don't see the value just because the .io extension is used by the tech industry not tourism. Not saying the value isn't there I just don't see it.
