this site is rated alexa 500,000, it hasnt been monetized or promoted heavilly yet, but i feel with good promotion this site can make a nice monthly profit, and with the local marketing scene continuing to rise by 2010 this will be a nice website to invest in and promote, it could even be written about in sites like techcrunch and mashable.com to get a ton of blog traffic, this is a unique site, and with the right investor can bring in large profits
