I like the idea, and name actually makes good sense. You convert youtube videos to downloadable files. That can be used by many users.

It is up to you how you are going to monetize it - if you monetize it well, and there will be lot of users, you will see how much money it can bring you monthly/yearly.

But as per name itself, I would say mid XXX - mid XXXX for right end user. If you develop site nicely and will have interesting business plan, then more.
