I am selling videogamechat.net as i simly dont have time for it. The site is a PR5.
On iwebtools links popularity the site gets the following results:
Google: 212
MSN Search: 941
Yahoo: 375
It is indexed very well on google, as you can see here: http://www.google.com/search?q=site:www.videogamechat.net&hl=en&lr=&start=360&sa=N "In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 359 already displayed.

The site has been up around 5 months, here are the stats:

The site comes with the gaming CMS VGPORTAL. This costs $110 per year. The license has expired but it can still be used, you just can't get updates or support. However, this can be renewed for about $30 i think it is. This also comes with the unlimited ipb 2.0 trial, so you don't have to pay any license fees. I have also installed a Mod_Rewrite mod for this so google likes it alot. This is also integrated with vgportal so the members only have to make one username.
As you can see, the site isnt finished, but it has a very good potential. Ads have never been put on the site so it generates no revenue at the moment.
This is basically sold as seen, any questions please say below or PM me. I want to start this as $200.
