Video Upload Script or Code for my site

o.k. basically I'm looking to find out how much it would be to put whatever necessary script or code needed so that people can upload videos that they make at home with their own camera's ect.. onto my site. Like youtube......ect. If such a script is free, please point me in that direction, however I will still need you to install that script/code in my site. (The site is from a website builder that is part of a hosting package--i thought you may need to know that, to ask certain questions...) Inquiring as to how much such a thing would cost? Thanks...

This is a good youtube clone but your webhost will have to support the extended software required to handle the vide data. If it's not already installed your sol.
