$10 upload PHP script for me

My internet connection has been horrible the last few days from flooding and I need to install a script, its easy to install but my FTP keeps timing out causing some files not to get uploaded and then the script fails. Please let me know ASAP if you can do this for me, its a cpanel server easy as pie. Just create MYSQL and upload the script and edit the config file with the database name etc
