Video site needed

I am looking to put up a website that I can show videos on. The videos will be from other sources such as you tube and other feeds. I will also want to be able to put google adsense and banner adverts. I will need a logo designed. Will need to be able to create new pages as needed. I have frontpage for an editor. Please send prices and estimated completion times plus any samples you might want me to look at. Thanks
